The Maine Oyster Bar and Grill has 3 locations in Dubai, 1 in London and a newly opened restaurant in Ibiza.
Founded in 2014 by Pine Tree State Trading Company, The MAINE has rapidly emerged as a premier New England brasserie brand worldwide. Originating from a humble loading dock in the Hilton JBR, The MAINE has expanded its footprint to include thriving locations in Dubai, London, and Ibiza. Montreal-based gastropreneur Joey Ghazal drew inspiration from his nostalgic childhood summers spent in Maine and Vermont to craft a heartfelt tribute to the enduring allure of these states, epitomized by their timeless slogan, ‘The Way Life Should Be’.
